Returns Policy
Thank you for choosing Lumaflex!
We offer a 14-day limited return policy on all our products if required by law and a limited 2-year warranty (up to 5 years with option). If you are not satisfied with your product(s), you may return them within 14 days of placing your order. Please contact our Lumaflex Polska Customer Service Team for assistance with the return process. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. Please note that public holidays and peak sales periods may cause delays. All inquiries should be sent to info@lumaflexpolska.com
For Lumaflex products that come into contact with the skin, we reserve the right to refuse returns of goods.
In accordance with Article 38 point 5 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in the case of delivering items which, due to their nature, cannot be returned without violating hygiene principles, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. The Lumaflex device is a product that has direct contact with the skin, which qualifies it as goods covered by the aforementioned statutory exception. Due to hygiene considerations and the impossibility of unequivocally determining whether the product has been used, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
Returning your product(s) in simple steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service Team by phone, email, or live chat to request a return.
2. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return. Once confirmed, we will instruct you on how to proceed with the return.
Note: Returned products must be shipped to our warehouse for quality and resale eligibility inspection.
3. Once we receive your products and they are deemed resalable by our fulfillment center inspection staff, we will process your refund.
Refunds should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or creditor.
Items returned/canceled due to incorrect order(s):
Orders placed on lumaflexpolska.com that remain unprocessed or unfulfilled at the time of cancellation request will not be subject to any charges or fees. If an order must be returned due to an incorrect address, incorrectly ordered item, or any reason on the customer's part, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred, including shipping, handling, processing fees, and restocking fees. Lumaflex Polska reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to choose whether to partially or fully cover these expenses, but is not obligated to do so. Lumaflex Polska reserves the right that these are personal use items, and we only accept returns for unopened devices. We do not accept returns of medical devices or custom orders in accordance with the law. Returns do not apply to digital services.
