What devices can I exchange in the BIOHAK program?

The program covers PEMF and RLT devices of various brands, including BEMER (Classic, Pro, 3000, Horse), KLOUD, VITA-LIFE, BIOMAG, and other branded devices. Even damaged or faulty devices may be accepted — each submission is priced individually.

How much can I get for my old device?

The maximum settlement amount is PLN 5,000. The exact valuation depends on the model, technical condition, and completeness of the set. Valuation is free of charge and takes place after sending the device to the service at COMENZAR Sp z o.o. after receiving a label from us or by sending photos and a description.

Do I need to buy new equipment to use the program?

Yes. The condition for participating in the BIOHACK program is the purchase of a set of 3 Lumaflex Body Pro Ultimate panels at a promotional price of PLN 13,950 gross for the entire set. From this amount, up to PLN 5,000 will be deducted for the returned equipment. Detailed terms and conditions are set out in the BIOHACK program regulations.

What is the process for shipping an old device?

After your submission is approved and you send the photos, you will receive a free return label via email. You pack the device, attach the label, and send the package at any INPOST courier point. We cover the shipping costs.

How long does the entire replacement process take?

From the moment of submitting the application to the delivery of the new set, it usually takes 2–7 business days. The time depends on the speed of service valuation and the payment deadline. After the payment is credited, shipping takes place within 1–2 business days.

Can I pay in 0% installments for a new set?

Yes. When purchasing the 3x Lumaflex Body Pro Ultimate set within the BIOHAK program, 0% installments are available through PayU — from 3 to 20 monthly installments. You submit the application online during checkout.
